Premium Cameroon white pepper produced from fully ripe Piper nigrum berries that have been soaked to remove the outer skin, then sun-dried to achieve a clean, creamy appearance. Our white pepper has a mild, delicate heat with earthy and slightly fermented undertones.

Ideal for light-colored sauces, seafood dishes, European cuisine, and spice blending. All batches are tested for microbiological safety and meet EU import standards for pesticide residues.
