Product Description

Fresh Cameroon cassava roots (manioc) grown in the South and Centre regions. Our cassava is harvested at optimal maturity (10-14 months) for high starch content and excellent cooking quality. Available in fresh root form for export to diaspora markets and as processed cassava chips/flour for industrial use.

Fresh roots are carefully washed, trimmed, and packed in ventilated packaging for reefer container shipping. Processed products (chips, garri, fufu flour) are sun-dried and packed in food-grade bags.
